A leading expert and advocate for Nature's rights, over the past decade Mumta has advised diverse organisations, from grassroots movements to international institutions. Heralded one of 15 "Warrior Lawyers,” in 2015, Mumta founded Nature's Rights to bring a European Citizens Initiative for the rights of Nature.

A trailblazing lawyer, UN Harmony with Nature expert and award-winning speaker, she has inspired audiences worldwide—from TEDx and Dubai World Expo to European Green Week and The Ocean Race Summits—empowering people to join the movement for a thriving future. Legal Innovator with a Purpose
She began her career at Clifford Chance, a leading London law firm, specializing in complex, multi-jurisdictional structured finance. Representing top-tier clients such as investment banks, multinational corporations, and governments, her team earned industry awards for innovative legal solutions. This experience in tackling high-stakes challenges laid the foundation for her pioneering work on Nature’s rights in Europe and the creation of the Integrated Rights Framework, a legal blueprint for a regenerative society.

Integration of Spiritual and Legal Wisdom
A profound spiritual awakening sparked a radical career shift, leading her to train in over 30 healing modalities and apprentice with renowned spiritual masters worldwide. A life-changing natural childbirth experience deepened her understanding of life's sacredness and the urgency of aligning human laws with Nature's laws. She later co-facilitated transformative healing workshops globally before specialising in facilitating systemic constellations.
Environmental Advocacy in Action
Her move to the British Virgin Islands sparked her environmental advocacy, co-founding the Virgin Islands Environment Council and leading a landmark case to protect a vital marine ecosystem. Combining grassroots activism with legal action, she helped secure the area's designation as a natural park. This experience revealed the limitations of existing legal systems in safeguarding Nature and the pressing need for systemic reform.
